If I could have had fireworks come shooting out of this letter spelling "DAN COLOFRANSON IS THE BEST" up in the sky, I would have. You have handled 2 real estate sales for us in the last 9 years and you've never let us down. With each sale, you always explained things to us in an easy to understand manner, you never failed to return phone calls, always gave us your honest input and handled everything with integrity and a degree of professionalism that I doubt anyone could match. When we came to you to sell my Mother's house following her passing away in late August, we appreciated you coming over and doing a "walk-thru", giving suggestions as to how to make her home more desirable to potential buyers, as well as the nice video you made of her home that appeared on the internet. What a happy surprise when we had a contract on her home in less than a week! When a confusing situation developed prior to closing and we explained our concerns to you, you listened carefully, then without hesitation you tactfully but firmly addressed the situation and had the matter corrected within the hour. We weren't surprised, however. We knew you would know what needed to be done and how to do it. From start to finish, I don't think a member of your fleshly family could have received more caring attention than what you've given us. Dan I just realized that we haven't thanked you recently. We tell everyone of how we tried buying a short sale for years and how the realtor we had just could not get it done for us. Then we talk about you and how looking back you knew what we wanted and how you set us up by showing us 2 or 3 of our usual houses then brought us to Sandoval where it was love at first sight. Josette who was feeling ill and wanted us to stop already got better instantly. The building went up without incident and we moved in right on time. We have been down there twice since it was completed and will be there again in early February. Our new furniture and shades will be there then and it will become more comfortable then. We love it there so much. Our neighbors are great so far. If it were not for you, we would have probably given up by now. So thank you for being a great realtor. I received your letter when we were down last time. We were sorry to hear about your wife. I don't know what I would do. Please hang in there and know that what you do helps so many people.
